Campaign information such as jar names, recipient names, custom links, event dates, images, descriptions, and privacy settings.
Wish content such as sender names, messages, card themes, timestamps, and related donation status where applicable.
Creator contact and payout details when you enable fundraiser features or contact support.
Payment records needed to reconcile Paystack donations, including amount, currency, reference, status, and related jar information.
Usage and analytics data that helps us understand visits, link activity, and product reliability.

To create, display, manage, and preserve wishing jars.
To process fundraiser support, reconcile payment callbacks, and support payout operations.
To help creators understand jar activity such as wishes, visits, and support progress.
To respond to support messages, investigate errors, and improve the product.
To protect the platform from abuse, fraud, spam, and unauthorized access.

We do not sell personal information.
We share only what is needed with service providers that help WishingJar operate, such as hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, and payment infrastructure.
For fundraiser support, Paystack processes payment details. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply during checkout.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to protect WishingJar from fraud or abuse.

We use secure transport, access controls, and provider-managed security features to protect data.
Creators are responsible for keeping management links, passwords, and payout information safe.
No online service can promise perfect security, but we design the product to reduce unnecessary exposure.

You can edit jar details from the creator room where controls are available.
You can delete jars and remove associated public content where supported.
You can contact us to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting information tied to your jar.

We may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the app working, remember safe preferences, measure visits, and improve reliability.
You can control cookie behavior through your browser, though some parts of the product may not work properly if required cookies are blocked.
